Compensation and Independent Contractor Structure

This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor opportunity. There is no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed income.

Earnings depend on factors such as sales production, issued and eligible policies, carrier compensation arrangements, and applicable commission terms. Results are not guaranteed.

Candidates should be prepared for a learning curve, an extended sales process, ongoing client follow-up, and the time required to develop product knowledge and build a sustainable pipeline.

This opportunity is best suited to individuals who value autonomy, professional development, and relationship-based insurance sales.

Our Approach to Client Relationships

Indexed Universal Life insurance can involve complex policy provisions, costs, and long-term considerations. Our approach emphasizes education, transparency, and responsible client service.

We believe successful insurance professionals should prioritize understanding a client’s needs, explaining both benefits and limitations, and evaluating whether a product is appropriate for the client’s circumstances.

The goal is to build long-term client relationships through informed guidance—not simply to close a sale.
